    Flights & Operators

    There can be some confusion with companies that utilize private air travel as to who actually owns/operates the flights. We want you to understand how this works and be completely transparent in the process. Elite Adventures works with a network of the most reputable, safest, and competent air charter companies to ferry you from your departure to your destination and to get you to your final destination to start your trip. In general, you will be transported from your departure airport to another airport close to your final destination (or at your final destination) using private air charter. Those legs of travel between major metropolitan or regional airports will be operated by partners of ours that we hire on your behalf (the disclosure’s specifics are below).

    B-AIR, LLC (D/B/A “ELITE ADVENTURES”) ACTS AS AN AGENT OF ITS CUSTOMERS AND SERVES ON THEIR BEHALF TO ARRANGE CHARTER FLIGHTS. B-AIR DOES NOT OWN OR OPERATE AIRCRAFT AND IS NOT A DIRECT OR INDIRECT AIR CARRIER. ALL CHARTER FLIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH B-AIR ARE OPERATED BY THIRD PARTY FAA CERTIFIED PART 135 AIR CARRIERS. THE PART 135 CARRIER(S) OPERATING THE FLIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXERCISES FULL OPERATIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AT ALL TIMES.

    In some travel situations, we may need to change the type of aircraft you are on to accommodate the specifics of your final destination. In those cases, you will board those aircraft at a “jumping off point” that we will set up in advance, and they will take you to your final destination to begin your adventure. Those aircraft may not be as luxurious as the aircraft we typically use to ferry customers, but this cannot be helped. In some cases, the type of aircraft or helicopter used is necessitated by the mission requirements (only certain types of aircraft can reach specific destinations that may be part of your journey).

    In all cases, the aircraft utilized during your trip will be operated by qualified, certified, flight professionals to ensure you have an amazing and safe journey.
